We do not store your credit/debit card details or online banking passwords. Payments are processed directly by licensed payment gateways (such as CHIP, HerePay and FPX by PayNet).

- Payment gateways, to process your payment.
- Service providers that support our operations (for example website hosting and email delivery), who are bound to keep the data confidential.
- Authorities, where required by law.

- All data sent through this website is encrypted with 256-bit SSL.
- Access to personal data is limited to authorised staff only.
- Account passwords are stored hashed and cannot be read by anyone, including our staff.

Personal data is kept for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet record-keeping periods required by law. After that, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
